Kelly Tousley, MA, ECSE, BCBA | Clinical Supervisor

Kelly has a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She later completed her BCBA certification at University of Colorado, Denver. She has a special interest in early development and loves teaching communication and joint-attention skills. Kelly has largely taught emerging communication skills, and often uses a variety of alternative speaking methods. In the past two years she invested in learning and implementing skill-based treatment (SBT) when learners have severe and potentially dangerous challenges within their behavior repertoires. She has used these methods of intervention in clinical, home, and school-based settings with success. Kelly loves dogs and the outdoors: often you will find her hiking, camping, skiing or snowboarding. She also likes to host game nights and dinner parties with friends.

Sarah Reese, MA | Consultant in Training & Pod Leader

Shortly after graduating in 2017, Sarah moved to Colorado Springs, in pursuit of new adventure, she applied for an in-home position with an ABA company. Since starting in the field, she had the opportunity to work in all types of settings (home, clinic, community, and schools) and with all types of individuals (children, adolescents, non-verbal, or deaf). This has encouraged her to become fully qualified in American Sign Language (ASL). In July 2022, she completed her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently working towards her BCBA certification. When not practicing ABA, you can find her relaxing in her hammock, snowboarding, hiking, or obsessing over her houseplant collection.

Ellie Arellano, BA | Behavior Technician

Olivia Gundrum, MA | Consultant in Training

Sarah Reese, MA | Consultant in Training & Pod Leader

Ellie graduated from Fort Lewis College earning a B.A. in Adventure Education. She chose this program because it was hands-on learning and outdoors! Ellie struggled her entire k-12 school career having a learning disability and not knowing how to overcome the challenges she faced.  Ellie recently was inspired by working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Ridgway Elementary School working with students with disabilities. She quickly realized that she wanted to learn more about serving these individuals in the school district. Ellie is working towards  a M.A. in Special Education, with an emphasis on ABA. When not working, Ellie loves running, backpacking and spending time with her dog, Frank.

Olivia Gundrum, MA | Consultant in Training

Olivia Gundrum, MA | Consultant in Training

Emily had her first experience working with children with autism when she was chosen to be a peer model for a pilot program that focused on teaching social skills to high school students with developmental disabilities. Emily completed her undergrad with a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Western Colorado University. She then went on to receive her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne. Emily has been working in the field for over 20 years in a variety of settings. After working as a special education teacher in Hawaii, she moved to Kansas City to return to working in early intervention classrooms, an area of ABA she prefers. Emily loves spending time with her husband and 2 teenage children. Her son has decided to attend Western Colorado University, which has helped to expedite plans of moving back to Colorado. A lover of the outdoors, she is looking forward to remembering how to snowboard (it has been 20 years since she has been on the Western slopes!).

She began her career in the field at a residential all-boys school in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. She focused on trauma-informed care and teaching independent living skills to help students re-enter their communities. Her experiences at this school led her to pursue a career in ABA. Today, she enjoys collaborating with other stakeholders and working with other professionals to provide quality services to clients across different domains. Enjoying anything outdoor-related, she is an avid mountain biker, skier, and hiker. In 2019, she completed a 5-month 1900-mile thru-hike of New Zealand, known as the Te Araroa.
